By accessing or using AlphaDen (“the Service”), operated by Topman Media LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of AlphaDen. Use of the Service constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use this Service. By using AlphaDen, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
It is your responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Topman Media LLC reserves the right to terminate access for any user who misrepresents their age or eligibility.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts, or use another person’s account. Accounts are non-transferable.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account. Topman Media LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
AlphaDen provides AI-powered discipline and accountability coaching personas for adults. All personas are entirely fictional and AI-generated. No real human beings are involved in coaching sessions.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
AlphaDen is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. Our coaching content is for personal development and entertainment purposes only. AlphaDen does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical mental health services. All billing is processed securely by Segpay. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Segpay to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected (monthly or annually) until you cancel.

All content on AlphaDen — including but not limited to persona names, coaching frameworks, AI system prompts, images, copy, and branding — is the intellectual property of Topman Media LLC and is protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws.
The following are trademarks of Topman Media LLC: AlphaDen™, The General™, The Mentor™, The Authority™, and The Dad™.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Service without prior written permission from Topman Media LLC.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Topman Media LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that AI persona responses will be accurate, appropriate, or consistent.
AlphaDen coaching content is for entertainment and personal development purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Do not rely on AI-generated content for decisions that affect your health, safety, or legal rights.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPMAN MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
In no event shall Topman Media LLC’s total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to Topman Media LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Topman Media LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for immediate termination include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or misrepresentation of age.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 07 (Intellectual Property), 08 (Disclaimers), 09 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property disputes.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Topman Media LLC.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
